I'm your guide on the journey to self-discovery and fulfillment.

I'll help you dive in and get to the root of your problems so that you can gain clarity, confidence, and connection. We'll get to the "why" of how your brain works, create a safe space to process past wounds, and learn how to navigate difficult emotions with new coping skills.

Together, we'll break free from old patterns and let go of your Inner Saboteur so you can feel like your true self. Therapy with me is based on collaboration and trust, where we can both be our most human selves (including sarcasm, ripped jeans, and F bombs).
